Project summary

New competencies are supposed to be acquired during a life time, especially if someone wants to live life authentically. Isoropia supports people in their personal, organizational and community transitions into a new, more sustainable stage of their development, based on a proactive and creative attitude.

One line of support provides workshops that discovers the strengths, dreams and ways how to create a person's desired future (neither fixing deficiencies nor solving problems). The second kind of support is to provide training programs for the new competences needed for efficient collaborations in network organizations.

Isoropia is a project based organization, drawing resources from different national and international professional networks: Šesti oblik, Art of Hosting, Society of Organizational Learning, International partnership for Transformational Learning and DUNA Vision.

Objectives

Objectives of this project are:

  •  the co-creation of and attendance at the two annual conferences  Hosting Transformation Conference - Changemaker Festival, organized by the International Partnership for Transformational Learning and local partners;

  • co-running with our Italian partner a new workshop in order to create transformational space. This workshop is the result of the European Grundtvig Learning Partnership “Enhancing systemic transformation and learning in times of chaos and crisis”, 2012-2014.

  • attending a course for multi sensual facilitation and art in adult education.

Aims

The main aim is to start a new, long-lasting program, but managerial, organizational and methodological knowledge will be implemented in other local and regional educational programs, run independently or in cooperation with different partners.

Meeting new people will enlarge Isoropia's professional network, open new perspectives and hopefully ensure new insights and ideas for some future development and broader international cooperations.

IPTL network has a long term goal to strongly influence educational policies and build standards in new competencies. Active engagement in this network could yield a new pan-EU paradigm so that transformation are embraced through providing new skills and tools.
